As the General Manager of Artificial Lift Excellence AS and Partner at Artificial Lift Excellence USA, she oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative engineering solutions tailored to the needs of operators, service companies, and investors worldwide.
Prior to her tenure at Artificial Lift Excellence, Stephanie dedicated two decades to Magney Grande and served as a key leader within SPE International, including 20 years supporting the SPE ESP Symposium and SPE Artificial Lift Conferences. Her technical acumen has also extended to startups in energy and technology sectors, where she played a pivotal role in launching innovative solutions.
Stephanie’s passion for fostering industry collaboration is evident in her volunteerism. She has actively contributed to international artificial lift forums such as MEALF and EuALF, as well as mentoring young professionals in the field. Her work with the U.S. Department of Defense, Navy, and Marine Corps further underscores her commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments.
Stephanie’s career spans five continents, where she has worked in both onshore and offshore environments. Her expertise encompasses roles such as Managing Director, COO, CMO, Program Manager, Technical Representative, and Business Development Leader. She has been instrumental in technology qualification, failure investigations, and production optimization for operators and service companies, contributing to advancements in artificial lift systems from sand face to surface facilities.
Stephanie holds a degree in General Business Administration and studied Federal Acquisition Regulations at George Washington University, both of which complement her decades of technical expertise with strategic business insight.
