For the application of Gas Lift in high pressure high temperature wells, a lot of attention must be paid on the fluid behavior at these harsh conditions. Once lift gas is pressured so much that it becomes a supercritical fluid, valve design and flow assurance need to be re-engineered totally in order to reach a reliable and efficient injection operation.
